Tourleaders/Guides
CAT of Sweden can also offer training and courses for Tourleader/Guide. All teachers/instructors with CAT of Sweden have a long experience as guides and tourleaders themselves. To be in charge of a group of 40-50 people can be demanding and you need knowledge to deal with all upcoming situations that might occur. A Tourleader or Guide must be able to deal with all sorts of situations, be able to cope with different languages, topics - and of course - be truly serviceminded. You never know when your working day ends when being a tourleader. Innovative, flexible, and quick for solutions are qualities that you need to possess.
Our basic tourleader course mixes different learning methods for you to be acquainted with as many diffrent topics as possible. Lectures are varied with group sessions or home studies. In the end of the course you will practise you new skills and be a tourguide in the bus. You will guide in the bus during a city tour. There is a limited number of students and we start courses according to notification.
